The Fairway at The Albatross | Sip and Swing Specialist (Beverage Cart Attendant)
Are you ready to bring refreshing drinks and friendly service to golfers on the go? The Fairway at Albatross is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Beverage Cart Attendants! In this role, you’ll cruise the course, keeping players hydrated with cold beverages and snacks while delivering exceptional service with a smile. Customer Service:
-Offer exceptional, personalized service to enhance the golfing experience.
-Maintain a professional appearance.
-Accurately process cash, credit, and mobile payments.
-Address any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and a calm demeanor.
Golf Course Awareness:
-Stay aware of the golf course layout and be able to navigate the course efficiently.
-Be courteous to golfers and respect the pace of play, making sure not to disrupt their experience.
-Prioritize safety by following all golf course guidelines, including maintaining proper distance from players and being aware of golf course hazards.
Inventory & Stocking:
-Make sure to have an assortment of items available to suit customer needs (e.g., soda, beer, water, snacks).
-Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished throughout the day.
-Restock the cart as needed, ensuring products are always available for customers.
-Communicate cart needs with the Fairway team and replenish them as you stock.
-Report any shortages or product issues to management.
End-of-Shift Duties:
-Clean and empty the cart and restock any items for the next shift.
-Ensure all transactions are processed and any end-of-day reports or cash counts are completed.
Event & Tournament Support:
-Assist with special events or tournaments by adjusting your cart schedule or menu offerings as needed.
-Be prepared to serve larger groups or accommodate more specific beverage requests during busy event times.
